Anglers & Frogfish

Tankmates: Coral-safe but not community-safe: any fish or shrimp that fits in the mouth is food. Best kept alone; large, non-nipping tankmates only, and nothing that picks at the frogfish.

Feeding: Many arrive taking only live food and must be weaned onto frozen food offered on a feeding stick. Avoid feeding freshwater feeder fish (poor nutrition, disease risk). Overfeeding is a common cause of death.
