This TDS meter is a small hand-held device used to indicate the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in a solution, usually water. Total dissolved solids (TDS) are the amount of organic and inorganic materials, such as metals, minerals, salts, and ions, dissolved in a particular volume of water; TDS are essentially a measure of anything dissolved in water that is not an H2O molecule.

How to Use: Pull out the cap Click the button on/off,and insert the plub into the liquid. When the reading is steady,click the button "Hold",then,get the result After use,clear the plub. Note: This item can be used in water purifiers and filters, food (vegetable, fruits) & drink quality monitoring, pools, spas, aquariums and hydroponics. Do not drop the entire TDS meter in water or dip beyond the maximum immersion level (approximately 2″ – refer to manual for further information). This unit is not water- tight and will be damaged if water enters the unit.
