LIVESTOCK CARE & REFUND POLICY

For the health and wellbeing of your new pets:

We stand behind the quality of our livestock and want to ensure they arrive safely
If you receive any livestock that is dead on arrival (DOA), we offer a full refund
To process a refund, please:
1. Take a video showing the DOA livestock in the original shipping container
2. Send us the video evidence within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery confirmation in the Lazada system and we will refund via paynow
3. contact us at galaxyshrimpzxxccv to self collect we will take a few days to reply via lazada
