Terms & Conditions

FishyHub Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202107485C) provides the content and services available on the website and mobile app (“Platform”) to you subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions which include our Privacy Policy.

Ordering Policy

Your order is confirmed once you have received a confirmation email with the order number from us. A customer service representative will contact you via Whatsapp, SMS or phone within 3 working days to inform you of your order’s availability and to schedule a delivery slot. Request for delivery fee to be waived (in the event of multiple orders from the same merchant to one location) should be made within 6 hours of the first order and will be subjected to FishyHub’s discretion.

Payment Policy

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars. We absorb GST, therefore, all prices quoted on the website are final prices.

Delivery Policy

FishyHub or the respective merchant-partners will contact you within 3 working days to arrange a delivery date and time. We endeavour for our merchant-partners to deliver your goods to you within 1-3 working days. Please note that all orders submitted before 8am will be processed on the same day. For orders submitted after 8am on Friday and on weekends/public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Delivery is within Singapore only. Goods can be delivered by our internal representatives or by our merchant-partners directly. In any event where you are not at home, our delivery staff are instructed to wait up to 15 minutes for you to make arrangements to receive the goods. If you are unable to receive the goods within the time frame of 15 minutes, we will make an arrangement with you for a subsequent delivery, a redelivery fee of S$10 will be charged.

Return Policy

All products sold cannot be exchanged or returned except the following conditions:

  • Wrong product is delivered; or
  • Product has a manufacturer’s defect; or
  • Product delivered has passed its expiration date; or
  • Product delivered is damaged.

To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods with supporting evidence. Supporting evidence should be in the form of photos or videos that clearly shows the problem. Our representative may arrange a delivery time with you for the one-to-one exchange of the same product. Further return terms and conditions will be subjected to individual merchant-partners’ policies.

Live Stocks

FishyHub Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202107485C) will ensure that our merchant-partners have chosen the best quality live fish and/or plants to be delivered to you. Live Stocks sold are non-exchangeable except the following conditions:

  • A different fish/plant from the invoice is delivered; or
  • The live stock is dead on arrival.

In the unfortunate event of an exchange of live stock, our representative will arrange a delivery time with you for the one-to-one exchange of the same live stock.

Reimbursements

Upon receiving your order, our customer service representative will contact you via Whatsapp, SMS or phone within 3 working days to inform you of your order’s availability. Should any product/live stock that you have ordered be out-of-stock, we will update you as soon as possible.

You may choose to:

  • Receive a refund on the out-of-stock product/live stock; or
  • Wait for the product/ live stock to be restocked; or
  • Receive an alternative product (If the original price of the product/live stock is lower than the alternative product/live stock, you will be required to pay the increment. If the original price of the product/live stock price is higher than the alternative product, we will refund you the difference.)
