Terms & Conditions

FishyHub Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202107485C) provides the content and services available on the website and mobile app (“Platform”) to you subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions which include our Privacy Policy.

Ordering Policy

Your order is confirmed once you have received a confirmation email with the order number from us. A customer service representative will contact you via Whatsapp, SMS or phone within 3-7 working days to inform you of your order’s availability. Request for delivery fee to be waived (in the event of multiple orders from the same merchant to one location) should be made within 6 hours of the first order and will be subjected to FishyHub’s discretion.

Ordering From Outside Singapore

Since we only deliver to selected country on shipping page and its has been stated in words when you agree to terms and conditions on Shipping Page thus we will go ahead and cancel the order and charge the stated percentage of order value on shipping page.

Payment Policy

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars. We absorb GST, therefore, all prices quoted on the website are final prices.

Delivery Policy

FishyHub or the respective merchant-partners will contact you within 3-7 working days to inform you of a delivery date. Goods can be delivered by our internal representatives or by our merchant-partners directly. In any event where you are not at home, our delivery staff will attempt to contact you. If you are not contactable, driver will proceed to leave the parcel outside your door, unless otherwise specified by yourself during the call.

Return Policy

All products sold cannot be exchanged or returned except the following conditions:

  • Wrong product is delivered; or
  • Product has a manufacturer’s defect; or
  • Product delivered has passed its expiration date; or
  • Product delivered is damaged.

To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods with supporting evidence. Supporting evidence should be in the form of photos or videos that clearly show the problem.

Live Stocks

FishyHub Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202107485C) will ensure that our merchant-partners have chosen the best quality live fish and/or plants to be delivered to you. Live Stocks sold are non-exchangeable except the following conditions:

  • A different fish/plant from the invoice is delivered; or
  • The live stock is dead on arrival.
  • Please do not open the bag if the fish is found to be dead inside upon receipt. Send us the picture/video immediately to our friendly concierge so we can verify with the relevant merchant.


Upon receiving your order, our customer service representative will contact you via Whatsapp, SMS or phone within 3 working days to inform you of your order’s availability.


All cancellations of orders without a breach of delivery SLA will incur an 8% charge on the purchase amount.

You may choose to:

  • Receive an alternative product (If the original price of the product/live stock is lower than the alternative product/live stock, you will be required to pay the increment. If the original price of the product/live stock price is higher than the alternative product, we will refund you the difference.)
  • Wait for the product/ live stock to be restocked; or
  • Receive a refund on the out-of-stock product/live stock;
