LIVESTOCK CARE & REFUND POLICY

Upon Delivery:

• Please open your package immediately when it arrives
• Acclimate your livestock to their new environment following proper procedures

• We stand behind the quality of our livestock and want to ensure they arrive safely
• If you receive any livestock that is dead on arrival (DOA), we offer a full refund
• To process a refund, please:
  
  1. Take a video showing the DOA livestock in the original shipping container
  2. Send us the video evidence within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery confirmation in the Lazada system and we will refund via paynow
