Product Description

MarinePure Block Bio Filter Media promotes the colonisation of denitrifying bacteria which help to remove Ammonia and Nitrate, while reduces Nitrite. Lighter and more effective than live rock, the MarinePure bio block media is suitable for freshwater and marine tanks.

Benefits

As water flows freely through the porous MarinePure block, the denitrifying bacteria in the pores continually break down and remove the nitrogeneous wastes, thus keeping the aquarium water safe for fish and corals.

The MarinePure bio block media is designed to improve upon deep sand beds or live rock to lower nitrates in marine and freshwater aquarium.

Recommended for use in sumps or in extra-large filters (the block are stackable).
