Product Description

Super Blue shrimp, also known as Blue Diamond shrimp, are a freshwater invertebrate species that are popular in the aquarium hobby for their stunning blue coloration. They are a selectively bred form of the Neocaridina shrimp species and have a metallic blue appearance.

Super Blue shrimp have specific requirements when it comes to their environment. They prefer a pH range of 6.5-7.5 and a temperature range of 68-78°F (20-26°C). It's important to maintain stable water parameters in order to keep the shrimp healthy and vibrant in color.

In terms of behavior, Super Blue shrimp are peaceful and can be kept in groups of at least six individuals. They are active and enjoy having plenty of hiding places, such as plants and rocks, to explore and rest on.

Super Blue shrimp are also known for their scavenging abilities and will eat leftover food and other debris in the aquarium. They require a balanced diet of both plant matter and protein-rich foods to thrive.

Overall, Super Blue shrimp are a great addition to any aquarium with the proper setup and care. They are easy to care for and can add a pop of color to any aquascape.
