3. Packing & Shipping

• Live fish are carefully packed using appropriate fish shipping materials.

• Shipping arrangements depend on the destination and available courier services.

• Delivery schedules and shipping fees will be confirmed before dispatch.

• Live fish shipments are subject to applicable shipping regulations and permits.

4. Upon Arrival

• Please unpack your fish carefully upon arrival.

• Allow the fish to acclimate gradually to its new aquarium environment.

• Avoid immediately placing the fish into the aquarium without proper acclimation.

• Keep the aquarium water conditions stable and suitable for the species.

5. Live Arrival Policy

• Please inspect the fish immediately upon delivery.

• If the fish arrives deceased, contact us immediately with clear photos or an unboxing video as evidence.

• Any live arrival claim must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

• Claims will be reviewed individually based on the evidence provided.

6. Important Notice

• Live fish are living animals and their behavior may vary during transportation.

• We are committed to careful handling, proper packing, and responsible shipping.

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the fish can legally be imported and kept in their destination country.
