Livestocks are non- refundable, non-cancellable, exchangeable for another item when they are delivered/ shipped out.

Livestocks find Dead on arrival (DOA).Buyer is to check the delivery bag, if found any livestock dead in the packing bag, buyer is to inform seller immediately (within1st one hour) upon delivery & we will do refund. Both Photos &video evidence must be provided for DOA claim.

For any delivered & received Live stocks found damaged/dead after the 1st one hour upon delivery, next delivered date and/or after, we sellers are not liable to make refund/Compensation to the buyer.
