Tank mates: Other peaceful community fish of a similar size, such as tetras, rasboras, and livebearers, that won't be aggressive or bully the killifish. Avoid very large, aggressive fish, fin-nippers, or species that are too small and could be mistaken for food. A well-planted tank with plenty of hiding places is also important for this species.
