The Congo puffer or potato puffer (Tetraodon miurus) is a freshwater pufferfish found in areas of the Congo River in Africa. Size 4cm
Require a spacious tank of at least 75 gallons for a single specimen. Maintain the water temperature between 77-82°F (25-28°C) with a pH level of 7.5-8.5. Provide them with a sandy substrate, hiding spots, and plenty of open swimming space. They are carnivorous, so feed them a diet of snails, crustaceans, and other meaty foods. Due to their aggressive nature, they are best kept alone or with large, robust tank mates.
