Cichlid originates from Africa where they live in streams and river systems with mud bottoms. They are very hardy and should tolerate a range of water conditions, but may only breed in tanks with water on the acidic side and slightly elevated tank temperature. The Cichlid can be quite aggressive, even more so when they form pairs and start breeding.

1. Live stocks item’s sizes and/or pricing may subject to changes due to seasonal supply. Sizes of these live stocks are based on estimated size, so buyer have to understand that they may not get the actual size that they have ordered.
2. Livestocks are non- refundable, non-cancellable, exchangeable for another item when they are delivered/ shipped out.
3. Livestocks find Dead on arrival (DOA).Buyer is to check the delivery bag, if found any livestock dead in the packing bag, buyer is to inform seller immediately (within1st one hour) upon delivery & we will do refund. Both Photos &video evidence must be provided for DOA claim.
4. For any delivered & received Live stocks found damaged/dead after the 1st one hour upon delivery, next delivered date and/or after, we sellers are not liable to make refund/Compensation to the buyer.
