The Aulonocara stuartgranti "Cobue", also known as the Blue Regal Peacock Cichlid, is a vibrant, medium-sized African cichlid from Lake Malawi. Males are known for their striking metallic blue bodies with bright red ventral fins. Females are typically a more subdued brownish-gray color. They are relatively peaceful cichlids, but males can be territorial, especially during breeding. They are omnivorous, preferring meaty foods, and thrive in well-maintained aquariums with ample rockwork for hiding and territory.
