MarinePure Bio Filter Media Plate is designed with thin bio film and utilises open pores system to ensure consistent water flow through the media. The constant water flow continually flushes away the old dead bio film, and create the perfect environment for the growth of beneficial bacteria that in turn removes ammonia and nitrites from aquarium water.

With the open pores, old dead bio-film is easily flushed from the media and will not plug the media.

Directions for Use:
Rinse new media under tap water to remove any loose particles. Rinse again with tank water to remove any chlorine from tap water. Locate media in sump, under gravel bed, as part of a reef structure, or place directly in water flow
