EHEIM Double Tap is a quick disconnection/connection valve that prevents messy water backflow and is very useful during the maintenance of your canister filter.
With a flick, you can quickly disconnect the EHEIM Double Tap which automatically also prevents any back flow of water from the disconnected hose.
Once installed on the inlet and outlet tubing of your EHEIM canister filter, the Double Tap connectors can be easily disconnected and the canister filter removed for simple routine maintenance or media change.
